凯里调酒师培训-调酒三人组将在Otto e Mezzo客座调酒 | SH bar triad to guest at Otto e Mezzo

Kimi Chu 初晓晨, Daniel An 安鹏程, Logan Brouse and Declan Tang 唐靖

本周五(18日),3位沪上调酒师将莅临外滩源意式餐厅8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana,并与其驻店调酒师唐靖联手,打造朗姆鸡尾酒之夜。

Heyday的初晓晨 、Taste Buds的安鹏程 、Logan’s Punch的Logan Brouse会与东道主唐靖一起,调制各自为此次活动专门创作的布鲁加尔朗姆鸡尾酒。

三位客座调酒师将轮番上阵。初晓晨最先登场(18:30至19:15),安鹏程紧随其后 (19:30开始),再由Brouse亮相(20:30至21:15)。唐靖将在21:30接手,负责午夜时段。

Three Shanghai-based bartenders, together with resident Declan Tang, will take up positions at Bund-side Italian restaurant 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana on Friday January 8 for a night of rum cocktails.

Kimi Chu from Heyday, Daniel An from Taste Buds, Logan Brouse from Logan’s Punch will join Tang on his home turf to create one-off Brugal drinks.

The visiting bar trio will work shifts. Chu kicks things off from 6:30 to 7:15pm, An follows at 7:30pm and Brouse will appear between 8:30 and 9:15pm. Tang takes over at 9:30pm for the overnight shift.
